If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll gladly help resolve the issue by sending a replacement at no cost or issuing a refund.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We offer refunds or replacements only if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for incorrect size or color selections.
How do I choose the right size?
Our t-shirts are Gildan 64000, and our hoodies are Gildan 18500. Size charts are provided on each product page. Please review them carefully before ordering. You can view images of the products' size charts below.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been placed, as they begin processing shortly after checkout.
